In this event, you'll experience 'dairy Japanese cuisine' through dishes where the milk is undetectable in both appearance and taste, while consuming 250ml of milk. You'll learn cooking techniques that incorporate Kanazawa's fermented food culture, using A2 milk from Hori Dairy. Participants receive a complimentary gift.
Participants must be 15 years old and residents of Kanazawa, though children under 15 accompanied by adults are welcome. Capacity is 24 people, and advance registration is required. The fee is 1,000 yen, payable in cash on the day of the event.
